Village of Hudson Falls, NY Article VII Exemption for Solar, Wind or Farm Waste Energy Systems

§ 186-19 Exemption not granted.

The Village of Hudson Falls will not grant any real property tax exemptions to any solar or wind energy systems or farm waste energy system pursuant to § 487 of the Real Property Tax Law of the State of New York.
