Borough of Tullytown, PA Article V Certifications; Duplicate Bills

§ 158-67 Authorization of Tax Collector.

The Tax Collector shall respond to requests for tax certifications and duplicate tax bills.

§ 158-68 Powers and duties of Tax Collector.

The Tax Collector shall have all powers and responsibilities and such other discretions as are necessary for the effectuation of this article.

§ 158-69 Collection fees.

The collection fee due to the Tax Collector shall be:

A. Tax certification: $20 per certification.

B. Duplicate tax bills of five or more $3 per tax bill.
