Town of Eastham, MA Article I General Penalty

[Adopted 3-3-1969 ATM by Art. 40]

§ 1-1 Amount of fine.

Unless another penalty is specifically provided, violation of any provision of any bylaw included in Part I of the Code of the Town of Eastham shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed $300 for each offense. Each day's continued violation shall constitute a separate offense.
