Editor's Note: Article 11 was approved by the Attorney General on August 25, 2006, as follows: “In approving the amendments adopted under Article 11, we also point out that our approval of the recodified general by-laws is limited to the renumbering, reorganization, and recaptioning and our approval is so limited. We give no approval of any substantive changes to the town's by-laws. Any difference between the text of the existing by-laws and the text of the by-laws as recodified by the town meeting vote under Article 11 is to be resolved in favor of the existing by-laws.” Historical information on the adoption and amendment of the bylaws is provided in the individual chapters of the Code in chapter, article and section histories.
