Editor's Note: The salaries and compensation
of other officers and employees of the Township are set from time
to time by the Board of Commissioners. A copy of the currently effective
salary schedule is on file in the Township offices and is available
for examination during regular office hours.

The annual compensation of the Tax Collector
of the Township of Nether Providence, Delaware County, Pennsylvania,
beginning February 14, 1997, shall be $10,000 per year.

Each Commissioner of Nether Providence Township
elected or appointed after November 5, 1985, shall receive a compensation
as a Commissioner in the annual amount of $2,600.
Such compensation shall be paid in equal quarterly
installments.
