to the left or right side of the door located on the side of the primary structure
facing the street.
B. If a sign placed as provided in Subsection

C. If the emergency vehicle access to the primary structure is by means of a side of the primary structure, other than that side upon which the sign is placed in compliance with Subsection
A above, a second sign must be prominently placed on the emergency vehicle access side of the structure.
D. All signs placed in accordance with this chapter shall
be maintained by the owner and/or resident of the property in a clean condition

Upon request of any resident/owner, the Chief of Police of the Borough
shall review any house number sign existing as of the effective date of this
chapter to determine if the existing sign is in substantial conformity to
the official house number sign and is placed as required by this chapter.
In the event the existing sign is determined to substantially conform to the
official house number sign, no new sign shall be required.
Any owner or resident of property within the Borough of New Wilmington
