Part 3, of the 1979 Code of Ordinances]
The purpose of this article is to provide for
the proper management, care and control of the Township and its finances
and the maintenance of good government and welfare of the Township,
including the prompt collection of streetlighting assessments.
The sellers of real estate, including but not
limited to individuals, partnerships, corporations, as well as agents
of individuals, partnerships and corporations, where said agents derive

a separate offense. Further, the appropriate officers or agents of
the Township are hereby authorized to seek equitable relief, including
injunction, to enforce compliance herewith.
