All funds received by the city as its payment from
revenue sharing shall be accounted for and expended in accordance
with all rules and regulations of Public Law 92-512 adopted by the
92nd Congress H.R. 14370, Oct. 20, 1972, known as "Fiscal Assistance
to State and Local Governments."
The City Treasurer is hereby authorized and directed
to establish a special account or accounts for any funds furnished
to the city by the United States Government as its payment from revenue
sharing.
