The parking of any motor vehicle, tractor or trailer, or combination thereof, upon the streets and highways of Swatara Township for repairs, whether upon the traveled or untraveled portion thereof, shall be temporary only and limited to time to permit emergency repairs.
This article shall not be construed so as to permit parking for repairs at locations otherwise by law prohibited.

Any person who shall violate any provision of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than $30 nor more than $600 and costs of prosecution, or, in default of payment of such fine and costs, to undergo imprisonment for not more than 30 days. Every day that a violation of this article continues shall constitute a separate offense.
