General administrative services required for
the efficient operation and management of the Township shall be under
the supervision of the Township Manager. These functions shall include,
but not be limited to, the administration of the Township's personnel
rules, regulations and labor contracts; the supervision of the preparation
of annual reports as required by the Board and the Charter; making
recommendation to the Board with regard to insurance coverages, contracts
for goods and services, intergovernmental agreements, franchises,
permits, licenses and privileges granted by the Township; supervising
the preparation of the budget and establishing a budget calendar;
and assembling and modifying the proposed capital and operating budgets
for presentation to the Board.
