The Assistant Township Manager shall be responsible
for assisting in the direction and supervision of all departments
and other activities of the Township. The Assistant Manager shall
be responsible for supervising the day-to-day activities of assigned
departments and for providing special assistance in financial, personnel,
administration, planning and research and other related functions.
The Assistant Manager shall be appointed by and responsible to the
Township Manager.
Duties of the Assistant Township Manager shall
be to:
A. Directly supervise assigned departments.
B. Assist the Township Manager in performance of duties
assigned under the Township Administrative Code.
C. Serve as Development Director coordinating Subdivision
and Land Development applications for the Planning Commission and
the Board of Supervisors.
D. Act on behalf of the Township Manager on Township
business during short-term absences and as assigned.
