Editor’s Note: This ordinance also repealed former Art.
III, Police Pensions, adopted 6-25-1970 by Ord. No. 248, as amended.
The Police Pension Plan attached hereto as Exhibit B[1] and incorporated herein by reference is hereby adopted
as the Whitemarsh Township Police Pension Plan.[2]

Editor’s Note: Former Art. IV, Supplemental Police Pension Fund, adopted 11-20-1980 by Ord. No. 398, as amended, which immediately followed this Art. III, was repealed 5-27-2010 by Ord. No. 895, effective upon transfer of the assets from the Fund to the Whitemarsh Police Officers Benevolent Association, Inc.; and former Art. V, Mandatory Retirement, adopted 2-28-1974 by Ord. No. 289, which immediately followed former Art. IV, was repealed 10-10-1996 by Ord. No. 691.
