SECTION R-101 TITLE

The provisions set forth herein shall be known
as the "One- and Two-Family Dwelling Code of Willistown Township,"
may be cited as such and herein referred to as "this code."

R-106.3 Penalty: Any person, firm or corporation
violating any provision of this code, in addition to any other remedy
available under law or equity, shall, upon conviction thereof, be
sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $1,000 for each offense,
together with the costs of prosecution, which fine may be collected
by suit or summary proceeding brought in the name of the Township
before any District Justice. Every day that a violation of this code
continues shall constitute a separate offense. All fines and penalties
collected for the violation of this code shall be paid over to the
Township treasury. Upon judgment against any person by summary conviction
or by proceedings by summons on default of the payment of the fine
or penalty imposed and the costs, the defendant may be sentenced and
committed to the Township lockup for a period not exceeding five days
or to the county jail or workhouse for period not exceeding 30 days.

R-209.2.1 Fire partitions: Garages located beneath
habitable rooms shall be separated from adjacent interior spaces by
fire partitions and floor/ceiling assemblies which are constructed
of not less than a one-hour fire resistance rating. Door opening protectives
in one-hour fire partitions shall be 13/4 inches solid core wood or
13/4 solid or honeycomb-core steel door.
