The fee required by this chapter is the municipal
filing fee. The municipal filing fee shall be established by the Council
of New Hope Borough. The Council shall also establish a separate escrow
deposit amount to defray review and inspection costs incurred by the
municipality and the Municipal Engineer. All fees and escrow deposit
amounts shall be paid by the applicant.
New Hope Borough shall establish a filing fee
and escrow deposit schedule by resolution of the municipal governing
body based on the size of the regulated activity and based on the
municipality's costs for reviewing drainage plans and inspecting construction
of drainage improvements. The municipality shall periodically update
the filing fee and escrow deposit schedule to ensure that all costs
are adequately reimbursed.
The fees required by this chapter shall at a
minimum cover:
B. The review of the drainage plan by New Hope Borough
and the Municipal Engineer.
D. The inspection of stormwater management facilities
and drainage improvements during construction.
E. The final inspection upon completion of the stormwater
management facilities and drainage improvements presented in the drainage
plan.
F. Any additional work required to enforce any permit
provisions regulated by this chapter, correct violations, and ensure
proper completion of stipulated remedial actions.
