The Building Inspector, Acting Building Inspector or any such person appointed in accordance with the Code of the Village of Russell Gardens by the Mayor to act in the absence of the Building Inspector is hereby authorized to issue and serve an appearance ticket with respect to violations of the provisions of the Code of the Village of Russell Gardens that such public servant is required or authorized to enforce, specifically including, but not limited to, Chapter 12, Building Construction, Chapter 60, Zoning, and all such other chapters of the Code of the Village of Russell Gardens wherein the maintenance, construction, use, treatment and employment of property, public or private, is considered or treated or where any provision of the said Code shall deal or relate to the health, safety or welfare of the occupants and residents of the Village.
An appearance ticket may be served personally or in such other
manner as permitted by law.
The form of the appearance ticket shall be as follows, or in
any substantially similar form as adopted by the Board of Trustees
of the Village of Russell Gardens:
