A permit to make a connection with the municipal
sanitary sewer of the City of Crisfield shall be issued only to a
person holding a plumbers license under the laws of the State of Maryland.
There shall be installed in each family apartment,
office or store at least one stool or commode and one bowl or sink.

A violation of this article shall be declared
to be an infraction. The penalty for violation shall be $25 for each
initial offense and $50 for each repeat offense.
