There is hereby adopted by the Borough of Wanaque, for the purpose of regulating the administration and enforcement of heating, cooling, ventilating, steam and hot-water heating systems and process piping, boilers and pressure vessels (maintenance and inspection), gas, liquid and solid fuel piping and equipment, chimneys and vents, mechanical refrigeration, in cinerators, crematories, fireplaces and barbecues, fire protection systems and pollution control of all existing and proposed buildings and structures which a certain code entitled "BOCA Basic Mechanical Code/1975, Second Edition," which is published and promulgated by the Building Officials and Code Administrators International, Inc., of which code not fewer than three copies have been and now are filed in the Office of the Borough Clerk, and the same is hereby adopted and made a part of this chapter as fully as if set out at length herein.
A. 
There are hereby established the following fees:
(1) 
Heat-producing appliances: gas, oil or electric.
(a) 
Commercial, industrial and apartments:

Installation, conversion or replacement: $10.
[2] 
Additional units: $10.
(b) 
Dwellings:

Installation or conversion: $10.
[2] 
Additional units: $10.
B. 
The fees as set forth above include all heat-producing equipment, such as furnaces, dryers, ovens, space heaters, etc., excepting domestic hot-water heaters.
