**Deposit against professional fees. The applicant
will be required to reimburse the Borough for the Board's actual professional
fees incurred, and if need be, during the course of the procedure,
applicant will be required to make additional deposits to cover such
additional professional fees as are reasonable and necessary to carry
out the responsibility of the Board involved.
