A.
The Board of Health shall, from time to time, establish,
by resolution, fees and costs for such other and further vaccination
or health programs that from time to time shall become available to
the residents of the Borough of Wanaque.
B.
In setting such fees, by resolution, the Board shall
take into consideration the cost for the provision of such vaccines,
professional services or other services, together with health programs.
The Board shall also take into consideration the professional opinions
provided by the Board of Health, Health Officer and the Borough Nurse.
