No person shall engage in the playing of golf
by driving or striking golf balls in any borough park or field or
in any other public place owned or maintained by the Borough of Wanaque
or in any public or private school or Board of Education owned, controlled
or maintained field or outdoor facility, except as part of a sanctioned
Board of Education program supervised by appropriate professional
school personnel.

Any person violating this chapter shall be subject
to a fine not to exceed $500, a term of community service not to exceed
30 days and/or incarceration for a term not exceeding 10 days.
