[HISTORY: Adopted by the Mayor and Council

Pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40:23-6.34
to 40:23-6.37, the Borough of Wanaque is hereby authorized to enter
into contracts with the County of Passaic to provide for the purchase
through the administrative services and facilities of the Board of
Chosen Freeholders of materials and supplies to be used by the Borough
of Wanaque. Said contracts shall provide for the type of materials
and supplies to be purchased by the County of Passaic for the Borough
of Wanaque and shall specify the manner in which the payment therefor
and for the cost incidental thereto shall be made by the Borough of
Wanaque.
Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary,
the Borough of Wanaque shall have the right to repeal the within ordinance
provided all payments due the County of Passaic are paid to the date
of said repealer.
