The implementation of said law shall be the responsibiity
of the Building Department of the town, and permits shall be issued, denied
or issued with conditions or modifications by the Town Engineer.
Any person aggrieved by the decision of the Town Engineer
shall have the right to review of such decision by the Zoning Board of Appeals
in the same manner as is provided for review of decisions of the Building
Inspector.
The Town Board may adopt, by resolution, other rules and regulations,
not inconsistent with Article 24 of the Environmental Conservation Law, in
furtherance of this chapter.
