§ 30-1 Fees for applications, review, approval and inspections.

LASA has prepared this fee schedule for the required application, review, approval and inspection process detailed in Chapter 125, Sewer Construction, and Chapter 60, Industrial Waste.

§ 30-2 Adoption by resolution authorized.

The Board of the Authority by resolution adopted from time to time has established charges and rentals for sewer service pursuant to the powers granted to the Authority under the Authorities Act.
