When "State Form 810" is referred to in these
Standard Specifications, it shall mean the State of Connecticut, State
Highway Department, Standard Specifications for Roads, Bridges and
Incidental Construction, Form 810, a copy of which may be examined
in the office of the Monroe Town Engineer. Copies may be purchased
from the Bureau of Highways, Connecticut Department of Transportation.
The developer shall submit for approval details
and construction procedures for any work not covered by these specifications.
The contractor shall conform to State Form 810 insofar as possible.
