The Town of Clinton Town Board hereby enacts
the provisions of Real Property Tax Law § 925-d and authorizes
the ninety-day extension, from the end of deployment, of real property
tax collection for persons deployed by the military as defined therein.
This article shall take effect as to Town taxes
levied on parcels within the boundaries of the Town of Clinton upon
the enactment of this article as contemplated by Real Property Tax
Law § 925-d.
