substantially in the form set forth in Schedule 3, attached hereto
and incorporated herein, is hereby approved and adopted.[1]

The aforementioned rules, regulations, disclosure
statement and petition for appeal and refund shall reflect that Berkheimer
Associates, 50 North 7th Street, Bangor, PA 18013, is the Tax Administrator/Collector.
The Supervisors of East Brandywine Township
hereby designate the Board of Supervisors sitting in executive session
as the Appeal Board.
The administrative appeal procedures set forth
in the rules and regulations and substantially in the form set forth
in Schedule 4, attached hereto and incorporated herein, are hereby
approved and adopted.[1]

This article shall become effective in accordance
with the provisions of law and shall be applicable to eligible taxes
as of January 1, 1999.
