No permanent addition shall be built onto or
become a part of any mobile home, and no plumbing or electrical alteration
or repair shall be made, unless in accordance with all applicable
state, county, and Township laws, ordinances, and regulations.

A foundation, as defined in §
325-2 of this chapter, with dimensions sufficient to support the intended unit, shall be provided for all mobile homes. Such foundations shall be properly placed and constructed so as to be durable and adequate for the support of the maximum anticipated loads during all seasons.

Every mobile home placed within a mobile home
park shall be anchored in accordance with the applicable requirements
of the Township Building Code or any successor ordinance or code.
Each mobile home placed within a mobile home
park shall, prior to occupancy or other use, have a skirt installed
which is designed to complement the appearance of the mobile home
and is coordinated with other units throughout the park.

The hitch or tow bar attached to a mobile home
for transport purposes shall be removed and remain removed from the
mobile home when it is placed on its mobile home foundation.
