It shall be unlawful for a person to possess
or consume alcoholic beverages on any beach strand located within
the corporate limits of the Town of Bethany Beach.
It shall be unlawful for any person to consume
alcoholic beverages on the streets, alleys, boardwalk and parklands
of the Town of Bethany Beach.
