Town of Bethany Beach, DE Article II Public Consumption

§ 217-2 Possession or consumption on beach strands prohibited.

It shall be unlawful for a person to possess or consume alcoholic beverages on any beach strand located within the corporate limits of the Town of Bethany Beach.

§ 217-3 Consumption in public places prohibited.

It shall be unlawful for any person to consume alcoholic beverages on the streets, alleys, boardwalk and parklands of the Town of Bethany Beach.

§ 217-4 Violations and penalties.

Any person violating this article shall, upon conviction, pay such fine as set out in Chapter 1, General Provisions, Article I, Penalties.
