§ 223-13 Keeping boats along beach prohibited; violations and penalties.

Any person hereafter found guilty of keeping or maintaining any boats or boat upon or along the beach within the limits of the Town shall, upon conviction thereof, be subjected to a fine as set out in Chapter 1, General Provisions, Article I, Penalties, and each day such boat or boats shall be so maintained shall be treated and considered as a separate and distinct offense.
