Any person hereafter found guilty of leaving unburied on any beach, strand or other place within the limits of the Town any fish, crabs or other products of the sea, capable of decomposing or liable to give rise to noxious or offensive odors, injurious to the health or to the breeding or attracting of flies or other insects or so as to deprive others of the privilege of freely using or enjoying such beach or strand or place shall, upon conviction thereof, be subjected to a fine as set out in Chapter 1, General Provisions, Article I, Penalties, for each offense.
