No person shall disrobe in any vehicle or truck while the same is parked upon any public street or way or other public place within the limits of the Town. Any person hereafter found guilty of disrobing in any vehicle or truck while the same is parked upon any public street or way or other public place within the limits of the Town shall, upon conviction thereof, pay such fines as set out in Chapter 1, General Provisions, Article I, Penalties.
