§ 309-1 Unlawful acts.
It shall be unlawful for any person to:

A.
No owner or occupant of any land or premises within
the corporate limits of the Town of Bethany Beach shall use or permit
the use of such land for the parking, storage or location of a house
trailer, camping trailer, park trailer, recreational trailer, recreational
vehicle, trailer or truck camper (as those terms are defined by 21
Del. C. § 101, or as it may be hereinafter be amended, or
in accordance with any future corresponding provision of law) without
obtaining an appropriate permit.[1]
B.
Application procedure.
(1)
The applicant shall obtain a permit application form
from the Town Manager's office.
(2)
The completed form shall be returned to the Town Manager's
office.
(3)
The Town Manager shall review the application and
render a decision within five days from the receipt of the application.
Any denial shall be accompanied by written statement of the reasons
for denial.
(4)
At any time the information contained within the permit
application changes, it shall be the responsibility of the applicant
to notify the Town Manager's office on the form attached hereto[2] and, if required, to complete a permit application form.

§ 309-3 Violations and penalties. [1]
Any person found guilty of violation of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be subjected to in such fine as set out in Chapter 1, General Provisions, Article I, Penalties, plus court costs, for each offense. Each day during which any violation of this chapter shall continue shall constitute a separate offense.
