The following schedule of fees is hereby established with respect to licenses, permits and activities required or regulated under the provisions of various chapters of the Code of the Township of Evesham. Applications for and the issuance of such licenses and permits shall be subject to the provisions of the specific chapter of this Code which is indicated for each type of license or permit. The business, activity or operation for which the license or permit is required shall be subject to all regulations set forth in the chapter to which reference is made.

D.
Exemptions.
(1)
No federal, state, county or local government, or any agency or instrumentality thereof, shall be required to pay any construction permit fee, surcharge or training fee for the erection or alteration of any publicly owned building or structure or part thereof. A plan review fee, when applicable, shall be charged for Board of Education projects.
(2)
No nonprofit corporation shall be required to pay any construction permit fee, surcharge or training fee for rehabilitating housing units for occupancy by low- and moderate-income households as defined in N.J.S.A. 52:27D-126d.
(3)
No person shall be required to pay any construction permit, surcharge or training fee for construction to solely promote accessibility by disabled persons as defined in N.J.S.A. 52:27D-126e to an existing private or public structure or facilities therein.

Application fees for a local license are due within five business days of the Township’s receipt of an application for a license forwarded by the Cannabis Regulatory Commission pursuant to N.J.S.A. 24:6I-45(c)(1).

$1,500 of the foregoing licensing fees are nonrefundable as part of applicant’s application for a local license; however, applicants who are denied approval for licensure either by the Township or the CRC shall be refunded the balance of the license application fee within 30 days following notice of denial of their application by the Township or state.
D.
The foregoing local licensing application fees are in addition to any fees or escrow required under § 94-10 of the Township Code related to the applicant obtaining the necessary land use approvals.
E.

An officiating fee shall be paid for the performance of a marriage ceremony or civil union ceremony. Responsibilities of the sponsor.

Responsible for providing artwork/logo for the banner through email in PDF or EPS format.

Sponsor will receive a proof of its banner for approval before banner is completed.

Aside from theft, vandalism and normal damage and wear and tear, any new banner replacement cost will be the responsibility of the sponsor. Each banner is estimated to last 2 to 3 seasons.
