No person shall rake, sweep or place in or upon
any of the streets of the Village of Clayton any leaves, sticks, rubbish,
cans or any other material.[1]

followed this section and prohibited starting fires on streets, was
deleted 1-6-1987 by L.L. No. 2-1987.

Any violation of the provisions of this article
shall be punishable by a fine not exceeding $250 or imprisonment for
a term not exceeding 15 days, or both.
