No barbershop, on weekdays, shall be open for
business before 7:00 a.m. or remain open for business after 8:00 p.m.,
and on Saturday and Sunday shall be open for business before 7:00
a.m. or remain open for business after 9:00 p.m.

Any person who violates any provision of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a penalty as provided in § 1-15, General penalty, of this Code.
