Vehicles over four tons' gross weight are hereby excluded from the streets described in Schedule IX except for the pickup and delivery of materials on such streets, said Schedule IX being attached to and made a part of this chapter.
All boats and boat trailers are prohibited from parking on municipal streets or roadways.
