The speed limits for both directions of traffic along the streets described in Schedule XXI shall be established as respectively listed in said Schedule XXI of this chapter.
The speed limits for both directions of traffic along the roads in parks owned or maintained by Toms River Township shall be established as respectively listed in Schedule XXVIII of this chapter.
Regulatory and warning signs shall be erected and maintained as required by the Commissioner of Transportation and as specified in letters and authorizations from the Bureau of Engineering of the Department of Transportation.
