The following locations shall be designated and reserved as handicapped parking spaces for persons who have been issued a motor vehicle identification sticker. No other person shall park a vehicle in these spaces, as shown on the site plan prepared by Brown/Sullivan, Associates, dated March 19, 1980, and revised May 28, 1980, which site plan is made a part of this chapter. The handicapped parking spaces shall be the first two parking spaces located on the westerly side of Isle No. 2. All signing for said spaces shall conform to the current Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices for Streets and Highways.

A. 
Parking of motor vehicles of any type is prohibited on Township property or at Township facilities except in the following locations designated and reserved as parking areas:
(1) 
All paved areas.
(2) 
Nonpaved areas with bumper stops.
(3) 
Any other area allowed for parking, where signs so indicate.
B. 
Violations of this provision shall trigger the penalties imposed pursuant to § 477-54.
