The following major arteries in this municipality are hereby assigned the following names in order to indicate clearly location and extent of street addresses thereon, and for records of this municipality and other official purposes, the following names will apply, to wit:
A. 
N.J. State Highway Route 37:
(1) 
From its intersection with Route 166 to Manchester Township line, to be known as "Highway 37 West."
(2) 
From its intersection with Route 166 to easterly terminus, to be known as "Highway 37 East."
B. 
N.J. State Highway Route 166 and Route 9:
(1) 
From its intersection with Water Street to State Highway Route 37, to be known as "Main Street."
(2) 
From its intersection with State Highway Route 37 to Lakewood Township line, to be known as "Lakewood Road."
C. 
Water Street:
(1) 
From its intersection with Route 166 to the Garden State Parkway, to be known as "West Water Street."
(2) 
From its intersection with Route 166 to Dock Street, to be known as "East Water Street."
