No person shall undertake any activity constituting a subdivision, consolidation or land development without first submitting and obtaining approval from the Borough of a subdivision, consolidation or land development plat in accordance with the terms of this chapter and all other applicable provisions of the Code of the Borough of Crafton or other ordinances and regulations.
