years.
The members of the City Council and the Supervisors
shall be elected at the general election in the odd numbered years
pursuant to the Election Law of the State of New York. The provisions

provisions of the Civil Service Law and regulations, when applicable.
Unless otherwise provided by law, each officer
of the City who has possession of or control over any funds of the

the requirements of this section shall be guilty of malfeasance in

section with the knowledge expressed or implied of the person or corporation
contracting with or making the sale to the City shall render the contract
voidable by the Manager or the City Council.
