City of Butler, PA Article V Insurance Benefits for Elected Officials

§ 52-7 Individual health insurance; payment in lieu of coverage; dental, vision, life and disability coverage.

Beginning January 1, 2022, Chapter 52, Article V, § 52-7. Individual health insurance; payment in lieu of coverage; dental, vision, life and disability coverage, is hereby repealed.

§ 52-8 When effective; applicability; repealer.

This article shall become effective upon final adoption, but shall not affect the insurance coverage available to elected officials currently in office during their current term. This article shall be effective for those elected officials taking office on or after January 1, 2006. All ordinances or parts thereof in conflict with this article are hereby repealed insofar as any conflict exists.
