No person shall spit upon any sidewalk, park
or place within the city or upon the floor of any public meeting place
or auditorium or upon the floor of any public vehicle.
[Amended 2-20-1997 by Ord. No. 1430]
Any person violating this article shall be fined
not more than $300, plus costs of prosecution for each offense and,
in default of payment, may be imprisoned not more than 90 days.
