Special permits for the sale of any type of alcoholic beverages
shall:
A.
Not be issued to anyone within a ten-mile radius of the Village of
Keshena on Tribal Pow Wow days.
B.
Be issued on other days within the exterior boundaries of the Reservation
and shall be good only between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
where the permit is for an outside activity such as ball games, parades,
etc., or 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 midnight where the permit is for an activity
within a building such as Legend Lake Lodge, etc.
