[HISTORY: Adopted by the Legislature of the
Menominee Indian Tribe 7-19-1979 by Ord. No. 79-12. Amendments noted where

Pursuant to Article XII, Section 1, of the Constitution
of the Menominee Indian Tribe and pursuant to Paragraph 14d of the
Management Plan of Menominee Enterprises, a Tribal Enterprise of the
Menominee Indian Tribe of Wisconsin (hereinafter referred to as "Menominee
Enterprises Plan"), the Menominee Enterprises Plan is hereby reaffirmed.[1]
