Uniform Fire Safety Act and the codes and regulations adopted under
it in all buildings, structures and premises within the established
boundaries of the City of Linwood, other than owner-occupied one-

and if it appears that such an occurrence is of a suspicious nature,
the Fire Official shall take charge immediately of the physical evidence

proceedings under this chapter, with such statistics as the Chief
of the Fire Department may consider worthy of note. Said report may
be combined with the report of the paid administrative Captain under
the ordinance creating a Fire Department in the City of Linwood. The Bureau of Fire Prevention shall also recommend any
amendments to this chapter which, in its judgment, shall be desirable.
