A. 
For the purposes of peace, repose and good order in the village, the following are prohibited in the village:
(1) 
Loitering, begging, noisy or disorderly conduct or disturbances of any kind to annoyance of the villagers or visitors. This shall include the use of loudspeakers wherever played, whether on public address systems or other mobile units, or the use of radio or television, portable or stationary, in the home or public places which shall be an annoyance to those living nearby.[1]

(2) 
Collection of persons for unlawful or idle purposes.[2]

(3) 
The disturbance of any meeting or assembly.[3]

(4) 
The making of any unnecessary noise or noises whereby the peace and order of the village or the inhabitants thereof are disturbed or their health is endangered.
(5) 
For any person to appear on the roads or streets, public places and halls of the village in a state of intoxication to the annoyance of others.[4]

B. 
The above enumerations are not to be deemed exclusive.
Except as may be provided in the Penal Law of the State of New York, the violation of any provision of this chapter shall be punishable by a fine not exceeding $250 or by imprisonment for not more than 15 days, or both.
