A.
For the purposes of peace, repose and good order in the village, the following are prohibited in the village:
(1)
Loitering, begging, noisy or disorderly conduct or disturbances of any kind to annoyance of the villagers or visitors. This shall include the use of loudspeakers wherever played, whether on public address systems or other mobile units, or the use of radio or television, portable or stationary, in the home or public places which shall be an annoyance to those living nearby.[1]

(4)
The making of any unnecessary noise or noises whereby the peace and order of the village or the inhabitants thereof are disturbed or their health is endangered.
