A.
No person shall be permitted to park in any space in a municipal parking lot of the Town of Clinton identified in Subsection B which has been designated as a handicapped parking space unless that person has been issued a special identification card by the Division of Motor Vehicles.
B.
In accordance with Subsection A, no person shall be permitted to park in any of the following spaces designated for handicapped parking unless that person has been issued a special identification card by the Division of Motor Vehicles:
